Fixed Fee & Other Options

We are always looking for new ways to improve our service for our clients, as well as offering the best possible value for money. We are available for a COMPLIMENTARY half hour initial consultation when we can discuss the likely costs involved.

Alternatively, we offer an hour long appointment where we can provide specific advice tailored to your individual circumstances for a fixed fee. We are also available for Skype appointments if you are unable to attend our offices for any reason. We have found this beneficial when people live or work outside the UK.

We offer the following levels of service, including ‘fixed fee divorce’, to suit your needs and budget:

If your spouse agrees to the divorce we can help you obtain a divorce by preparing all necessary documents on your behalf. This service includes an initial meeting, procedural advice and preparation of all paperwork at a cost of £300 including VAT.

The following services are available for a fixed fee.

  • Divorce proceedings (Petitioner – the person starting divorce proceedings) – For when you and your spouse agree to obtain a divorce this service includes an initial meeting, preparation of all paperwork, corresponding with the court on your behalf and keeping you informed throughout.
  • Divorce proceedings (Respondent) – For when you receive divorce proceedings and agree to the divorce this service includes an initial meeting, an explanation of the process, preparation of all paperwork, corresponding with the court on your behalf and keeping you informed throughout.
  • Agreed Financial Orders – For when you have reached an agreement with your spouse resolving the financial issues arising from your divorce we can prepare an order setting out the terms of that agreement to finalise financial matters such as pensions, investments and property and prevent further claims.

For details of pricing of our fixed fee divorce service please contact us by telephone, email, or complete our enquiry form and we will provide you with full details of what is included with each option.

We will deal with all aspects of the divorce on your behalf, in accordance with your instructions. This will include advising you throughout on all issues that arise in your case and representing you in correspondence with the court and your ex or their solicitor. You will be charged on an hourly rate basis and we will give you an estimate of your costs at the start of your case, tailored to your individual circumstances. We will keep you updated as your case progresses and discuss with you any potential change to that estimate.

When you have reached an agreement in relation to financial issues and do not want or need to obtain a divorce but want a legal document drawn up confirming the terms of that financial agreement.

When you want to be represented at the first court hearing of an application for orders concerning children or any subsequent directions hearing this includes an initial appointment, attendance at court and a letter following the appointment confirming our advice and the outcome of the hearing.
