Being accredited by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme means that we are trusted by all major banks and building societies to carry out mortgage work on their behalf. This means that your lender will not be required to seek independent advice from another firm of solicitors at an additional cost to you.

Storing Deeds

We will keep your deeds and documents for you for a small annual fee. We keep them in a strong room for safekeeping and you can have access to them whenever you want them.

Moving Made Simple

We are also Estate Agents as well as solicitors, so we can offer an ‘all inclusive’ package where you pay one fee for both the estate agents and solicitors. This is not only cost effective but makes it easier to ensure that your sale is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible as we are all under one roof.
